ARB Checklist
At the request of the hard working members of the Marsh Harbor Architectural Review Board a Marsh Harbor ARB checklist is attached below to assist with any submissions. Plans, specifications and location of any landscaping or structural changes have to be submitted and approved in writing by the Association prior to initiating any work.
Submission for Architectural Review Board
1. Fill out the Online Submission form that can be found on our website www.bcmservices.net under the “Forms” menu item on the homepage.
2. Submit a site survey to show where you planning on installing (you received a copy at your closing. Make a copy so you have one at all times)
3. Also include any additional documentation needed for the project(i.e. material type, color, etc)
